The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect! It's right on the college campus, close to restaurants, and a short walk to downtown bars. You can even find a great walking path nearby for some early morning exercise before the day warms up. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms on the upper floors are clean and comfortable, with nice amenities like the jetted tub on the mezzanine level. And let's not forget the delicious and ample breakfast that is included!
Everything about this hotel was top-notch, from the location to the service to the rooms. I couldn't find a single thing that needed improvement.

I recently had a great weekend getaway at a unique hotel in Ames. This charming hotel, the former frat house, is filled with antiques that give it a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel staff were attentive and accommodating, and I appreciated being able to request a quiet room. The location was perfect, within walking distance to campus and downtown, making it easy to explore restaurants and bars. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruit and eggs Benedict made by a talented chef. The hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely stay there again.
Everything was perfect, nothing to improve.

We had a decent stay during New Year's Eve. The breakfast was filling and the staff was friendly. We appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby events and bars. The hotel's location was convenient as it was walking distance to downtown.
Our room was incredibly noisy. We could hear every footstep from the room above us and had trouble sleeping.

Cozy Layout & Great Breakfast We stayed in a B&B that had a homey and inviting layout. the breakfast served in the morning was excellent and was personalized to our preferences. the location was unbeatable since it was close to the heart of the city. Another advantage was that rooms were decorated in a comfortable and charming way.
We could hear everything from the hallway, and it was difficult to sleep.
